Each member of the staff holds a position important in the work of our agency. Envision Home Health expects conscientious service with its high purpose, a sense of responsibility in performing duties and cooperation with administrative staff, department heads, supervisors, co-workers and workers in other departments; all striving together for the best interest of our clients.

Envision Home Health provides health-care services to Medicare clients in their home. These clients, referred to us by Physicians, are treated by the following staff:

• Skilled Nurses
• Physical Therapists
• Occupational Therapists
• Speech Therapists
• Social Workers
• Home Health Aides

These services are performed according to the care plan provided by their Physicians orders. The client must require intermittent skilled nursing or therapy services and be homebound in order to be covered by Medicare. Services provided to clients are billed to Medicare directly through their designated agent and are paid at an appropriate fee according to Medicare and Utah Health Care Law. Our employees know the respective Medicare regulations and follow the proper procedures when caring for our clients.
